[Webkit] Can't locate http/date.pm in @inc

Problem:
I got an error message as title when I try to update webkit auxiliary library.

Solve:
It is caused by our Cygwin’s Perl package is missing the HTTP/Date.pm module.
Type cpan HTTP::Date to fix.

Update again.
